I listened

To the silence

And saw my past

The noise of them playing

Made me smile

As I peeked from afar

I never played

Too much hassle

For running and shouting

I listened

To the pain of my mother

Struggling to keep up

With life…. And us

I squeezed her soft hand

Just to say

….. dont leave me!

For I’d be good

Her tears kept rolling

She smiled at me…. In silence

I listened

To the wind

That took me away

To the beatiful life

With awesome people

That I love….

I gazed the horizons

And listened…..

To the sound of silence

Celebrating life

Without words…

I smiled to the sky

And listened….

To the beautiful rhythm

Of my life…..
