The forecast for today’s weather is windy and wet.I guess Spring has to wait a bit longer.After Fajr we dashed out to catch a glimpse of sunrise somewhere near the ocean. The sky was gloomy with heavy clouds hovering over the horizon. We braved the morning breeze and hoped the sun will rise bright and shining.
At the beach, people came for morning walk and jog. The sun still hidden behind the clouds and by now we know there is no show today. The sound of Okinawa ikko instrument suddenly filled the air. The guy at the next bench just played it with hymns in Japanese. The beach has turned into a kabuki theatre. I wish I could understand the words that accompanied the melody; it just so calm and peaceful.
After a while we. left and went back to get ready for checkout. Our destination today is the International Orchid Festival in Churaumi.
